Engineering Manager

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and develop the Company s engineering and product management functions. This is a senior leadership opportunity for a commercially minded, technically strong professional who can shape product strategy, drive innovation, ensure regulatory compliance and improve product quality across the business.Working collaboratively with Sales, Operations, Quality, Procurement and customers, you will take ownership of the product lifecycle, from new product development and technical approvals through to supplier performance, product standardisation and ongoing portfolio optimisation.You will play a key role in driving a zero-defect culture, improving margins and ensuring the business maintains a competitive, compliant and commercially successful product portfolioKey Responsibilities Develop and deliver the Company s engineering and product strategy, covering approvals, inspection and support.Lead, coach and performance-manage the Engineering team.Monitor emerging technologies, competitor products and market trends to identify opportunities for innovation and product development.Provide regular updates to the leadership team on technical risks, project progress, performance and strategic priorities.
