Engineering Lead - Risk andamp; Controls Up to £515 p/d (Inside IR35) Hybrid Working6 months initiallyMy client is a leading consultancy seeking an experienced Engineering Lead to support the Risk andamp; Controls workstream within a large-scale enterprise transformation programme. You''ll be responsible for providing technical leadership across multiple engineering teams, driving engineering standards, supporting BB Application enhancements, and ensuring technology solutions align with regulatory, risk, compliance, and governance requirements.Job Responsibilities:Provide engineering leadership and technical oversight across multiple delivery teams within the Risk andamp; Controls workstream.Support the enhancement, modernisation, and ongoing development of BB Applications.Define, implement, and enforce engineering standards, development processes, risk controls, and architecture best practices.Ensure engineering teams adhere to coding standards, deployment practices, security requirements, operational controls, and governance frameworks.Assess the impact of regulatory changes on applications, engineering processes, operational controls, and delivery practices.Work closely with risk, compliance, audit, architecture, and product teams to ensure technology solutions meet enterprise and regulatory requirements.Act as the senior technical escalation point for engineering challenges, controls-related issues, and critical production incidents.Support complex integrations across ..... full job details .....
