Manage one of three Engineering teams to ensure rides are safe and operational at all times, and that stores and inventory are up to date.Ensure vehicles are safe and fit for purpose, and plan all elements of ride management, including winter maintenance plans.Lead the Engineering Team Leaders and Engineers to improve ride availability and manage the through-life management plan for all designated engineering assets.Ensure all rides and attractions are maintained in accordance with the system for safety of attractions as specified in guidance document HSG175 (2017), and that they are handed back to operations on agreed dates.Qualifications and Experience

Engineering Management experience; a strong people manager with leadership skills.HND/HNC qualification in a relevant engineering discipline.Strong asset management skills.Strong communication and delegation skills.Positive attitude, work ethic, and passion to succeed; ability to thrive in a progressive, evolving industry.Full understanding of engineering-related statutory requirements such as COSHH.Benefits
