Engineering Account ManagerWaterloo, London£80,000 - £90,000 A great opportunity for an Engineering Account Manager to join a big name in the commercial maintenance sector. With a consistent stream of contract awards we are looking for an Account Manager who is motivated and ambitious to achieve the most out of their career. You will be responsible for managing the delivery of the engineering maintenance contract on a site by Waterloo, London, managing the PandL and ensuring SLAs and KPIs are exceeded across PPM and reactive works from a team of engineers. Additionally, you will be responsible for quoting works, managing the onsite team, and demonstrating excellent stakeholder management. Managing an engineering team including Contract Managers, Engineers, Helpdesk and Contract Support. Act as the senior client-facing contact, developing and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. Manage contract budgets, financial performance and commercial reporting. Running Profit and Loss (PandL) Managing KPI and SLA''s.
