This is a unique opportunity for someone who understands the demands of working within complex operational sites and can build trusted relationships with stakeholders across project delivery, operations and procurement functions. The Role Manage and develop a strategically important customer account operating in a safety-critical environment. Act as the key interface between operational teams, suppliers and customer stakeholders. Coordinate equipment, materials and service requirements across multiple workstreams. Support project mobilisation, forecasting and ongoing account development. Drive service excellence, operational performance and continuous improvement initiatives. Identify opportunities for account growth and increased customer value.
