Location: Remote (covering South of England & Wales)
Contract: Permanent, Full-time (Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5pm)
Salary: -33,500 - -47,000 per annum

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Engagement Executive to join our client''s Stakeholder Engagement team. This role offers the chance to shape and deliver an effective engagement strategy across the South of England and Wales. Working closely with internal operations teams and external partners, you will build strong stakeholder relationships, drive public sector engagement, and ensure effective representation at meetings.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage engagement meetings across a portfolio of Initial Accommodation (IAC) sites

• Develop and maintain positive stakeholder relationships with NGOs, third-sector groups and community partners

• Provide support and cover for operations teams when required

• Contribute to continuous improvement and information-sharing processes

• Engage confidently with senior leaders, colleagues, and external stakeholders

• Represent the business at key meetings, providing clear communication and assurance

What We''re Looking For

• Proven experience in stakeholder management and engagement

• Strong influencing skills and the ability to build trust at senior levels

• Analytical and data-driven approach to identify real business needs

• Excellent communication and public speaking skills

• Ability to remain calm, professional and solution-focused under pressure

Additional Information
