My client, a global events company, is seeking a highly organised and client-focused Client Engagement Executive to join their team on a temporary ongoing basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to support the delivery of one of the world''s leading EdTech events, working with high-profile clients and strategic partners.

The Role

You will play a key role in ensuring an outstanding client experience - managing onboarding, coordinating sponsorship fulfilment, and building strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple levels and geographies.

Key responsibilities include:

• Acting as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and project delivery.
• Coordinating the fulfilment of sponsorship packages and event programmes.
• Managing timelines, deadlines, and client communications to ensure seamless delivery.
• Supporting global clients across different time zones.
• Collaborating with internal teams (Marketing, Content, Operations, Community) to deliver client success.
• Assisting with reporting to demonstrate ROI and support rebook/upsell opportunities.

About You

• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication - both written and verbal.
• High emotional intelligence and a collaborative, solution-oriented approach.
• Experience in client engagement, account management, or event/project delivery.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
