Engagement and Inclusion Officer - Housing

JOB PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES To take the lead in ensuring that tenants'' views are taken into account in decisionsabout the way Housing services are delivered. You will do this by enhancingexisting methods, and by developing new and effective ways of engaging withtenants and leaseholders. To provide accessible support so that all tenants have opportunities appropriate totheir diverse needs to express their views and to influence and scrutinise ourstrategies, policies and services. To assist in communicating to tenants how their views have been considered. To assist evidencing compliance with regulatory standards.4. MAIN DUTIES OF THE POST To be responsible for giving tenants a wide range of meaningful opportunities toinfluence and scrutinise Housing strategies, policies and services. To promote digital inclusion and innovation, while ensuring that traditional methodsof engagement are retained as appropriate.
