Energy Sales Consultant Location: Farnham, Surrey Basic salary: £26,500 £32,000, depending on experience OTE: £60,000 £65,000 Commission: Uncapped Employment type: Full-time, permanent The Opportunity Valoris Group is recruiting an experienced Outbound Renewable Energy Sales Consultant on behalf of a growing UK manufacturer and installer of high-efficiency air source heat pump systems. This is not a traditional cold-calling role. You will speak with homeowners who have already expressed an interest in renewable heating and are actively considering an air source heat pump installation. The leads are warm, pre-qualified and often close to making a decision. Current consultants are converting approximately two out of every three qualified opportunities, with established team members earning around £2,000 £4,000 per month in commission. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident telephone salesperson looking for strong leads, a competitive basic salary and genuinely uncapped earning potential within a rapidly growing industry. The Role You will guide homeowners through the complete sales process, from their initial enquiry through to commitment and handover to the installation team.
