You will help people understand their options, access support schemes and overcome issues with energy providers, often supporting some of the most vulnerable members of the community.Duties will include: Providing one-to-one advice and support to households.Advocating with energy suppliers to resolve problems and secure positive outcomes.Helping people access grants, funding and support schemes.Building relationships with local organisations and referral partners.Delivering talks, outreach sessions and attending community events.Maintaining accurate records and case notes.Ensuring services are delivered safely, professionally and in line with safeguarding requirements.We are looking for: You will be empathetic, organised and a confident communicator who enjoys helping others.We are particularly interested in people with experience in community work, advice services, housing, support work, welfare, customer advocacy or the ..... full job details .....
