Do you have a keen eye for property maintenance, voids management, and a talent for leading teams and contractors?We are seeking a proactive Empty Homes Supervisor to take the lead in bringing vacant properties back to life. In this role, you will oversee end-to-end void refurbishment projects, coordinate with both in-house trades and external subcontractors, and ensure every home meets strict safety, quality, and re-let standards before new tenants move in.Our customers'' wellbeing is at the heart of everything we do.
