Employment Law Solicitor (2-3 PQE)Leicester Hybrid Working AvailableThe OpportunityAn excellent opportunity has arisen for an Employment Law Solicitor to join a well-established and highly regarded regional law firm within its busy Employment Law and HR team.This role is ideally suited to a solicitor with a genuine interest in employment law who is looking to take the next step in their career within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.Working as part of a specialist team, you will manage a varied caseload while also supporting wider commercial teams on employment-related matters.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvising a commercial client base on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment law and HR mattersHandling issues such as redundancies, TUPE, policies and procedures, employment contracts, and general HR advisory workManaging employment tribunal claims, grievances, and workplace disputesSupporting senior members of the team and collaborating with colleagues across the wider firmContributing to business development and maintaining strong client relationshipsEnsuring compliance with internal risk management procedures and delivering high standards of client careAbout YouQualified Solicitor with 2-3 years'' PQE in employment lawExperience managing a respondent caseloadStrong communication and client-facing skillsAble to provide clear, commercially focused adviceA team player with a proactive approach and an interest in contributing to team growthWhat''s ..... full job details .....
