Role Summary: This role demands a balanced approach to managing both contentious and non-contentious matters. The successful candidate will manage their own client base and caseloads with responsibilities that include: Handling all aspects of Employment Tribunal claims (respondents only), including drafting ET3 responses, preparing trial bundles, and drafting witness statements. Advising on TUPE, redundancy, discrimination, unfair dismissal, and other employment matters. Drafting and reviewing contracts of employment, employee handbooks, as well as day-to-day letters and documents such as disciplinary invites and outcome letters.
