Employment Solicitor We Do Social Work is looking for an experienced and motivated Employment Solicitor to join a legal team and take responsibility for a varied caseload of primarily employment law matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor who is confident working independently, has strong advocacy skills and is committed to providing high-quality legal advice and client service. The Role As an Employment Solicitor, you will manage a caseload of primarily employment law matters, working largely independently and taking responsibility for progressing cases from instruction through to completion in accordance with good legal practice and professional standards. Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload of primarily employment law matters, ensuring all aspects of each case are progressed effectively and in accordance with good legal practice. Provide high-quality legal advice and support to clients, maintaining a strong focus on client service. Represent the organisation at the Employment Tribunal, including advocacy at preliminary hearings. Appear, when required, in other courts and tribunals, including the Magistrates'' Court and SEND Tribunal. Instruct Counsel where appropriate and assist Counsel with the preparation and presentation of cases. Maintain accurate and up-to-date case management information and legal records.
