An exciting opportunity for a senior Employment lawyer to play a key strategic role in the continued growth of an established Employment offering in Ipswich. The firm is looking for an experienced Employment Solicitor, ideally with 8+ PQE, who is commercially minded, confident with clients and, importantly, enjoys business development. This is more than a traditional fee-earning role. You''ll be expected to help shape the future direction of the Employment team, develop new and existing client relationships, raise the firm''s profile in the market and identify opportunities for further growth.
