JOB REF: 5363 OVERVIEW:• Applications are welcomed from Employment Solicitors with 2-6 years of experience, with a strong academic background and experience advising on employment law matters. • You will advise across a broad range of employment matters, receiving support and guidance from experienced associates and partners within the team. • As the appointed Employment Solicitor you will assist on a busy caseload, gaining exposure to both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including supporting with Tribunal cases, drafting and reviewing employment contracts, settlement agreements, policies and procedures. • You will advise on and manage employment tribunal matters, including drafting ET1s, ET3s and related documentation. • Handling a varied own caseload effectively while also providing support across the wider team. • You will take a client-focused approach, using strong communication skills to develop and maintain positive client relationships. • The role will also involve supporting the development of the business through networking ..... full job details .....
