Employment Solicitor/Employment Lawyer Brighton Hybrid Working Competitive Salary A respected specialist law firm is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor, Barrister, Chartered Legal Executive or Employment Law Case Worker to join its growing Employment team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a varied caseload, including discrimination, unfair dismissal, whistleblowing and settlement agreement matters, while helping clients achieve the best possible outcomes. The Role Manage a caseload of employment law matters from start to finish Advise on discrimination, dismissal and workplace disputes Negotiate and maximise settlement agreement compensation Conduct advocacy at Case Management Hearings and, ideally, beyond Deliver excellent client care and build strong client relationships Work closely with a collaborative and supportive team About You Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, Chartered Legal Executive or experienced Employment Law Case Worker Employment law experience gained within a law firm Strong knowledge of Employment Tribunal procedures Experience handling settlement agreements Confident communicator with excellent client care skills Proficient with case management systems and IT What''s on Offer?
