Employment Solicitor (NQ - 3 PQE) Location: Hassocks, West Sussex A highly regarded law firm in West Sussex is looking to recruit a Newly Qualified to 3 years'' PQE Employment Solicitor to join its established and growing Employment Law team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a junior employment lawyer to develop rapidly, working with a high-quality employer-focused client base, including UK and international businesses, while receiving outstanding training and mentorship. The Role: Working closely with experienced Employment Solicitors, you will be involved in a broad and varied employment law caseload, including: Advising employers on contentious and non-contentious employment law matters Managing Employment Tribunal claims from start to finish Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies and settlement agreements Providing day-to-day HR and employment law advice to clients Delivering employment law training sessions and seminars to clients Supporting clients on complex and sensitive employment issues The firm places a strong emphasis on training, supervision and career development, making this an excellent role for an Employment Solicitor looking to progress quickly.
