Employment Solicitor (2+years'') - Edinburgh/Aberdeen/Glasgow An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Employment Solicitor with 2+ years'' PQE to join a highly regarded and growing Employment team in Edinburgh, Glasgow or Aberdeen. The team advises a diverse range of leading UK and international businesses, providing commercially focused advice across a broad spectrum of employment matters. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-resourced team and work on high-quality, complex matters alongside experienced employment specialists. The Role You will have the opportunity to advise on a broad range of employment matters, including: Strategic employment law advice Complex Employment Tribunal claims Restructuring and redundancy Senior-level grievances, including discrimination and whistleblowing Executive and board-level employment issues Senior recruitment and termination Executive compensation and bonus arrangements Team moves and restrictive covenants Cross-border employment matters MandA and outsourcing projects Wider strategic employment projects There will also be opportunities to work closely with colleagues across the UK and internationally on complex, cross-border matters.
