Description The Employment Solicitor will be: Advising employer clients on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters. Managing a varied caseload including tribunal litigation, restructures, collective redundancies and TUPE matters. Representing clients in Employment Tribunals and Employment Appeal Tribunals, including advocacy where appropriate.
