Your work will cover everything from capability and conduct issues, redundancies, and TUPE through to whistleblowing, employment tribunal litigation, settlement negotiations, and trade union matters. The team has a particularly strong reputation within the education sector, offering you the opportunity to work closely with a diverse and high-quality client base. This is a role with excellent client exposure, direct Partner support, and genuine scope to take ownership of your work. You will be encouraged to get involved in business development and play an active role in shaping the continued growth and success of the practice.
