This full time Employment Solicitor role in Solihull suits a lawyer with four to seven years PQE. Joining eNL, the successful candidate handles both contentious and non-contentious matters, from Tribunal claims, disciplinary and grievance issues, and redundancies through to TUPE, contracts, policies, settlement agreements and corporate support work. Managing a personal caseload with minimal supervision is essential, alongside commercial awareness and strong client care abilities. The position offers a salary between £55,000 and £75,000 dependent on experience, within a respected practice providing quality work, established client relationships and genuine prospects for career progression.
