JOB TITLE: Employment Solicitor

THE ROLE:
This specialist employment law practice is seeking an ambitious Employment Solicitor to join its growing team. Advising both employers and employees, you will undertake a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment work, with no corporate support element attached to the role.
You will advise on the full spectrum of employment matters including disciplinary and grievance issues, discrimination and whistleblowing claims, unfair dismissal matters, redundancies, employee exits, settlement agreements and Employment Tribunal litigation.
The successful candidate will work closely with an experienced employment specialist, enjoying direct client exposure from day one and the opportunity to play an active role in the future growth of the practice.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from Employment Solicitors with between 3 and 6 years' PQE and solid experience across both advisory and contentious employment law matters.
You will be confident managing your own caseload, delivering pragmatic commercial advice and building strong client relationships. Strong communication skills, attention to detail and a proactive approach are essential.
A client following is not required.
