Employment Solicitor, 4+ Years PQE, Birmingham, andpound;60,000 - andpound;75,000 (DOE) andndash; My client is currently looking for a confident and experienced Employment Solicitor to join their dynamic and forward-thinking team. JOB REF:9503.
THE ROLE:
andbull; Youandrsquo;ll be involved in a broad range of employment law matters, with the opportunity to handle both contentious and non-contentious work.
andbull; This includes tribunal litigation, TUPE advice, due diligence, contractual reviews, and advisory work on restructures, redundancies, and employee relations issues.
andbull; You will play a key role in managing client relationships, supervising junior lawyers, and supporting business development initiatives.
/>RESPONSIBILITIES:
andbull; Managing complex and high-profile litigation, including advocacy
andbull; Advising on TUPE matters, including drafting/negotiating warranties, indemnities, and consultation processes
andbull; Supporting transactional due diligence as part of multidisciplinary teams
andbull; Advising on redundancy and restructure processes
andbull; Handling day-to-day advisory work including contracts, policies, and settlement agreements
andbull; Delivering client training and contributing to seminars and business development
andbull; Supervising and mentoring junior team members
SKILLS REQUIRED:
andbull; Qualified Solicitor with 4+ years'' PQE
/>andbull; Broad and robust employment law experience, preferably across our key sectors
andbull; Strong litigation and/or advocacy skills, with a calm, confident approach
andbull; Commercial awareness and the ability to give pragmatic, client-focused advice
andbull; A collaborative mindset with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
andbull; A proactive, organised approach to workload and team involvement
andbull; Passion for mentoring and business development
