This permanent role is an opportunity to join a well established team in Dudley and make a significant impact within our expanding employment law practice.About the RoleThis role offers autonomy and support to manage your own caseload, an opportunity to play an active role in business development, and long-term progression within a reputable and dynamic organisation.ResponsibilitiesExpertise in advising both employers and employees on a broad range of employment matters, including disciplinary and grievance issues, dismissals and redundancy, TUPE and restructuring, and Employment Tribunal litigation.Proficiency in drafting contracts, policies, and settlement agreements.Proven ability to manage your own caseload and contribute to the continued growth of our employment law offering in the region.Strong communication and client-facing skills to build lasting relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.Enthusiasm for business development and a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities.QualificationsAt least 8 years of post-qualification experience as an Employment Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (ILEX).Comprehensive understanding of employment law and a track record of successful outcomes.Commitment to providing exceptional client service and contributing to the success of our growing team.Required SkillsExpertise in employment law.Client-facing experience.Preferred SkillsExperience in managing a diverse caseload.Proficiency in drafting legal documents.Pay range and compensation packageDetails regarding the pay range or salary will be provided during the interview process.Equal Opportunity StatementWe are committed to diversity and inclusivity in our hiring practices.Seniority level
