to join our growing team as part of the expansion of our Dudley office.The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years’ post-qualification experience advising both employers and employees across a broad range of employment matters, including:Disciplinary and grievance issuesDismissals and redundancyTUPE and restructuringDrafting contracts, policies and settlement agreementsThe role involves managing your own caseload and playing an active role in

business development
