Your day-to-day duties may include: Supporting on a varied contentious and non-contentious employment caseload Supporting on employment tribunal matters including preparation for Early Case Assessments, drafting ET3 responses, liaising with clients, reviewing paperwork, managing preliminary hearings and preparing witness statements Carrying out legal research, preparing court bundles and organising all relevant documents About You You must have at least 6 months'' previous experience within Employment law at Paralegal level Fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to get on to a Training Contract in the future Able to keep up-to-date with any legislation changes Confidence managing your own workload while contributing effectively within a collaborative team Highly organised, detail-focused, and committed to delivering an excellent client experience.
