The team works with a broad range of employer clients and prides itself on delivering pragmatic, commercially focused advice.This role offers hands-on exposure to Employment Tribunal matters, alongside the opportunity to build strong client relationships and further develop your technical expertise in employment law.Key Responsibilities Assisting with the management of employment matters in accordance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.Supporting fee earners on Employment Tribunal cases, including drafting ET3 responses, preparing Early Case Assessments, liaising with clients and the Tribunal, and reviewing case documentation.Assisting with the preparation of witness statements, bundles, and case papers for hearings.Attending Tribunal hearings where required to provide ..... full job details .....
