The Opportunity: The firm was founded by a highly experienced employment lawyer with a background at the Bar and leading City and regional firms, who remains closely involved in the work. You''ll work alongside them on complex employment matters, senior exits, Tribunal litigation and strategic advisory work, gaining direct exposure to high-quality work and senior clients. The Work: You''ll handle a varied employment caseload, typically around 75% employer / 25% employee, covering contentious and non-contentious matters including: Employment Tribunal claims Senior exits and executive advice Discrimination and whistleblowing Restructures and redundancies Restrictive covenants and post-termination issues Contracts and general advisory work Client training and management workshops Seminars and business development Clients ..... full job details .....
