You''ll work alongside them on complex employment matters, senior exits, Tribunal litigation and strategic advisory work, gaining direct exposure to high-quality work and senior clients. The Work: You''ll handle a varied employment caseload, typically around 75% employer / 25% employee, covering contentious and non-contentious matters including: Employment Tribunal claimsSenior exits and executive adviceDiscrimination and whistleblowingRestructures and redundanciesRestrictive covenants and post-termination issuesContracts and general advisory workClient training and management workshopsSeminars and business development Clients include regional and ..... full job details .....
