Employment Lawyer London Borough 60 per Hour Minimal Office Attendance I''m currently working with a London Borough that is looking to appoint an Employment Lawyer to join its established legal team on an interim basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced legal professional to manage a varied employment law caseload while benefiting from a highly flexible working arrangement with minimal office attendance. The successful candidate will advise on a broad range of employment matters, including:Employee relations issuesDisciplinary and grievance mattersTUPE and restructuresEmployment Tribunal claimsDrafting and reviewing employment-related documentationProviding practical legal advice to HR and senior officersTo be considered, you should have:Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or FCILEx statusStrong experience handling employment law mattersPrevious local government experience (preferred but not essential)Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsThe ability to manage a busy and varied caseload independentlyThis role offers a competitive rate of up to 60 per hour, flexible working arrangements, and the opportunity to work within a supportive local authority environment.
