Culturally, the organisation offers hybrid working and a fantastic, fit-for-purpose benefits package.Your new roleAn employment lawyer position reporting to the Head of Employment Law, as part of an immediate team of four. Working three days in the office within a hybrid set up, you will advise a portfolio of clients including global brands, listed companies and international businesses on their employment law matters. These will include but not be limited to general advisory work, tribunal defence, corporate reorganisations, TUPE transfers and employee/director contracts. You will be given significant autonomy to run your own caseload, while also having excellent sound-boarding support from your team. This position can be based out of London or Birmingham.What you''ll need to succeedYou will need to be a qualified lawyer in England and Wales, either through a training contract, SQE or QLTS and have unrestricted UK working rights. As a guide, you will have 3+ PQE and strong employment law experience, both contentious and non-contentious.
