Employment Lawyer - In House

The firm is staffed by exceptional lawyers who deliver best-in-class service, supported by an infrastructure to help everyone achieve their best.A vacancy has arisen for a senior employment lawyer to join the in-house team and work closely with the Head of Employee Relations. This is an important and influential role requiring collaboration with senior stakeholders on complex and confidential matters.Responsibilities

Engage with key senior individuals in the business and act as a trusted advisor within the wider HR team.Provide up-to-date UK employment law advice on both contentious and non-contentious issues.Handle matters including complaints, grievances, claims, TUPE, and contribute to policy framework development.Prioritise tight deadlines, manage a busy workload, and balance competing deadlines while maintaining credibility at all levels.Qualifications

Qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales with at least 6 years’ PQE.Private practice experience, trained at a leading law firm, with preferably significant in-house experience.Strong knowledge of UK employment law, with ability to advise on both contentious and non-contentious issues.Opportunity and Support
