Employment Advisor - Health and Wellbeing Location: Ipswich, Suffolk community-basedSalary: £32,000 per annumContract: Full-time, permanentHours: 37 hours per week Please note: due to the community-based nature of this role covering multiple sites, a full UK drivers license and access to own vehicle is required. We re recruiting an Employment Advisor to deliver the Connect to Work programme across Ipswich by supporting individuals with health support and complex needs into sustainable employment. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference by providing personalised employment support, building relationships with local employers and connecting participants with the services they need to thrive. You ll manage a caseload of participants, helping them identify their strengths, explore suitable career opportunities and develop the confidence and skills needed to secure and maintain employment. Working collaboratively with employers, referral partners and specialist support services, you ll deliver a person-centred service that promotes independence, inclusion and long-term employment outcomes.
