A respected property and construction consultancy with a long-established reputation in the Cambridge market is seeking an Employers Agent to strengthen its specialist residential team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Employers Agent to take ownership of a varied portfolio of affordable housing, regeneration, and private residential developments, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.The successful Employers Agent will be responsible for administering development contracts, coordinating project stakeholders, and ensuring schemes are delivered in line with programme, budget, and quality expectations.
