Capital City College is looking for a skilled Employer Engagement Officer to support and drive key operational functions, helping shape the future of education in the heart of London. About the Role This role is offered on a full-time fixed-term basis. The contract will end on 31 July 2029. This is a target-driven employer engagement and business development role. The postholder will research prospects, present the College''s offer, understand workforce needs, negotiate suitable opportunities and manage employer accounts from first contact to confirmed opportunity. The Employer Engagement Officer will lead on placement compliance, employer checks, health and safety documentation and placement administration.
