Employee Relations Specialist

Are you an experienced Employee Relations professional with a strong background in Employment Tribunal case management?Are you looking to work part time?We''re recruiting for an Employee Relations Project Specialist to join a well established not for profit organisation initially on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is a part time position working 3 days per week and is a fully remote role.This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a complex tribunal caseload, working closely with senior HR leaders, legal partners and key stakeholders to ensure cases are managed efficiently and in line with employment legislation.Salary: £45,000 - £52,000 (pro rata)Location: Fully remoteContract: 6 Month FTCHours: 22 hours over 3 days. Key responsibilities:Managing and coordinating Employment Tribunal cases from start to finishSupporting the preparation of witness statements, bundles and tribunal documentationLiaising with solicitors, managers and external bodiesTracking case progress, deadlines, risks and outcomesProducing reports and insights to support senior decision-makingIdentifying trends and helping improve employee relations processesWhat we''re looking for:Proven experience managing multiple Employment Tribunal casesStrong knowledge of UK employment law and ACAS processesCIPD Level 5+ or equivalent tribunal casework experienceExcellent stakeholder management and organisational skillsExperience preparing tribunal bundles and witness statementsIf you''re looking for a ..... full job details .....
