This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional with significant NHS Employee Relations experience to take ownership of complex ER matters while supporting managers to resolve issues through a restorative and compassionate approach.Working closely with the Head of Employee Relations, you''ll lead on complex casework, develop managers'' confidence in handling people matters, and contribute to improving employee experience across the Trust.The RoleYou''ll provide expert advice on a broad range of employee relations matters whilst managing your own complex caseload and overseeing the work of Senior ER Advisors.
