Employee Relations Advisor

We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to provide short-term support to a busy HR team during a period of increased casework. The successful candidate will have a strong background in employee relations and be confident managing a varied caseload while providing pragmatic, compliant advice to managers. Key Responsibilities Manage a range of employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, sickness absence, performance, capability and flexible working matters Provide timely advice and guidance to managers on HR policies, procedures and employment legislation Support and advise on formal meetings, investigations and hearings Prepare and review employee relations documentation, outcome letters and case records Ensure cases are managed in line with internal policies and employment law requirements Work collaboratively with the wider HR team to provide a high-quality HR service Maintain accurate and confidential records throughout the employee lifecycle Ideal Candidate Profile: Previous experience working in an Employee Relations Advisor or HR Advisor role Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice Experience managing a high-volume employee relations caseload Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment CIPD qualification or equivalent experience desirable Rate: £20 per hour Length: 6-week contract Working pattern: Fully remote Start: Immediate start ..... full job details .....
