A global Financial Services technology business are currently seeking a Director/Manager level Employee Relations specialist to join them on an initial 6 month contract. The role is available on a hybrid basis and requires in-depth ER knowledge across HR and legal. £600 - £700pd via Umbrella Company / PAYE Essential Requirements: Experience working in complex, global environments Confident working in a fast paced and pressurised environment Background/ knowledge in law, bringing a strong employment law capability Experience across the UK, Ireland and European markets. CIPD qualified, or equivalent Deep HR expertise with demonstrable experience in Employee Relations.
