This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, people-focused business where you will play a key role in supporting managers across multiple locations on a broad range of employee relations matters and people initiatives. Working as part of an established HR team, you''ll be responsible for managing a varied employee relations caseload, coaching managers, supporting organisational change, and ensuring a fair and consistent approach to people management across the business. Key Responsibilities Manage a broad range of employee relations cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, flexible working requests, redundancies and dispute resolution.
