Employee Relations Partner ER and Engagement Remote / Field BasedZachary Daniels are partnering with a leading UK retailer to recruit an experienced Employee Relations Partner to join their wider People team.This is a broad role combining complex Employee Relations with engagement, wellbeing, DandI, policy and wider People projects. You''ll be helping the business manage ER risk effectively, but just as importantly, looking at what can be done proactively to improve the employee experience and drive engagement across the organisation.The role is remote and field based with regular travel, so we''re looking for someone who enjoys getting out into the business, building relationships and understanding what''s really happening on the ground.What you''ll be doingProviding specialist advice on complex and escalated ER mattersSupporting disciplinaries, grievances, redundancies and other complex people issuesManaging and supporting Employment Tribunal cases alongside employment solicitorsSupporting settlement discussions and helping the business manage ER riskReviewing and developing policies and processes to ensure they''re legally compliant, practical and aligned with the culture of the businessWorking across employee engagement, wellbeing, DandI and reward initiativesUsing ER and people data to spot trends, identify areas of concern and help shape proactive solutionsSupporting initiatives and projects designed to improve the overall employee experience and engagementWorking with ..... full job details .....
