Employee Relations Advisor, Westerham, Kent, £35,000 We are seeking an experienced and proactive Employee Relations Advisor to join a collaborative and supportive HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional with strong employee relations experience who enjoys providing practical advice, managing complex cases, and supporting managers to create positive workplace outcomes. You will deliver expert, commercially focused guidance on a wide range of employee relations and wellbeing matters, ensuring cases are managed fairly, consistently, and in line with employment legislation and company policy. Key Responsibilities Manage a varied caseload of employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, capability, and performance issues. Provide expert advice and guidance to managers on employee relations best practice and employment legislation Support managers in handling complex sickness absence cases and health-related capability matters Coordinate sickness reviews and liaise with Occupational Health providers where appropriate Facilitate difficult conversations and support the resolution of workplace conflicts Create and maintain accurate case records, ensuring all documentation is compliant and up to date Escalate high-risk or complex cases as required Support organisational change projects, including restructures, TUPE transfers, and redundancy processes Collaborate with wider People Team colleagues to deliver HR initiatives ..... full job details .....
