This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional with strong employee relations experience who enjoys providing practical advice, managing complex cases, and supporting managers to create positive workplace outcomes.You will deliver expert, commercially focused guidance on a wide range of employee relations and wellbeing matters, ensuring cases are managed fairly, consistently, and in line with employment legislation and company policy.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a varied caseload of employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, capability, and performance issues.Provide expert advice and guidance to managers on employee relations best practice and employment legislationSupport managers in handling complex sickness absence cases and health-related capability mattersCoordinate sickness reviews and liaise with Occupational Health providers where appropriateFacilitate difficult conversations and support the resolution of workplace conflictsCreate and maintain accurate case records, ensuring all documentation is compliant and up to dateEscalate high-risk or complex cases as requiredSupport organisational change projects, including restructures, TUPE transfers, and redundancy processesCollaborate with wider People Team colleagues to deliver HR initiatives and ..... full job details .....
