Employee Relations Advisor

Our client is a well-established and growing professional services business based in the Sutton Coldfield area, supporting a diverse portfolio of clients across a wide range of sectors. They are looking for an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join their friendly and supportive team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the people side of HR and wants a varied role where no two days are quite the same. Working with a portfolio of clients, you''ll provide practical, commercially focused HR advice and support across a broad range of employee relations matters. You''ll build strong relationships, manage your own caseload and support clients through everything from day-to-day HR queries to more complex workplace situations. You could currently be working as an Employee Relations Advisor, HR Advisor, HR Officer, People Advisor or HR Consultant and be looking for a role offering more variety, responsibility and the opportunity to develop your career.
