You will be managing a significant volume of employee relations matters while supporting large-scale consultation activity within a fast-paced environment.This is an excellent opportunity for a resilient and knowledgeable ER specialist who is comfortable dealing with sensitive issues, working to tight deadlines, and providing expert advice to stakeholders at all levels.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging a high-volume employee relations caseload, typically handling 15+ live cases at any one timeAdvising managers on disciplinary, grievance, capability, performance, and absence management mattersSupporting and leading collective consultation processesConducting investigations and providing recommendations in line with employment legislation and company policyPreparing case documentation, outcome letters, and management reportsProviding practical, commercially focused ER advice and guidanceSupporting complex and sensitive employee matters with professionalism and discretionWorking closely with stakeholders to ensure timely ..... full job details .....
