This role offers the opportunity to work at the heart of this, providing expert advice and helping to achieve positive, fair and commercially considered outcomes. The RoleAs an Employee Relations Specialist, you''ll act as a trusted advisor to managers, providing practical and pragmatic guidance across a broad range of employee relations matters.You''ll take ownership of a varied caseload, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance and other complex employee relations cases, supporting matters from initial advice through to resolution.Building strong relationships will be key.
