We''re working with a well-established and highly regarded Employee Benefits consultancy based in London, who are looking to appoint an Employee Benefits Consultant or Associate Consultant to join their growing team. This is a genuinely flexible opportunity and would suit: An experienced Employee Benefits Consultant An Associate Consultant looking to step up Someone with a Group Risk or Health and Wellbeing bias who is keen to further develop their pensions knowledge over time Full support, training and long-term development are on offer. The Role You''ll be responsible for servicing and developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of existing corporate Employee Benefits clients, delivering high-quality advice, guidance and ongoing support. The role combines: A corporate advisory service to senior stakeholders A more bespoke, individual-focused service to scheme members Client schemes range from small SMEs to larger organisations (up to c.600 employees), providing plenty of variety and exposure. Key responsibilities include: Advising on Workplace Pensions, Group Risk, PMI, Cash Plans and broader Health and Wellbeing solutions Delivering employee benefit and financial wellbeing presentations (in person and remotely) Supporting the development of the overall Employee Benefits proposition Identifying referral opportunities across wider financial services Keeping up to date with market developments and industry trends Over time, taking ownership of client ..... full job details .....
