They are currently looking for an Associate Consultant to join their Benefits Consulting team in a client-facing role offering the opportunity to manage your own portfolio of clients while supporting senior consultants on larger strategic accounts. About the Role Reporting to the Head of Benefits Consulting, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, delivering excellent service, and supporting the ongoing development of our employee benefits proposition. You will work closely with clients, insurers, and providers to ensure benefit schemes are effectively managed, renewed, and communicated, whilst maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and regulatory compliance.
