Are you an experienced Employee Benefits or Pensions Administrator looking to take the next step in your career? This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly respected and well-established professional services firm with a strong reputation in the market.

You’ll be joining a growing Employee Benefits team that provides tailored advice and support on pensions, group risk, medical insurance, and wider employee benefit solutions.
This is a long-term career opportunity with a clear pathway to progress into a Trainee Consultant role within two years.
The RoleProvide administrative and technical support to the Employee Benefits teamAssist with pension schemes, group risk, private medical insurance, and other EB productsAct as a first point of contact for clients, handling queries and delivering a high level of serviceLiaise with product providers and ensure smooth delivery of solutionsSupport project work and contribute to ongoing process improvements
What We’re Looking ForBackground in administration within Employee Benefits, pensions, or financial planningExperience working with corporate clients and delivering a high-quality serviceOrganised, detail-focused, and proactive in managing workloadsExcellent communication skills and confidence when liaising with clients and providersA team player with the ambition to develop into a client-facing role
